 11-6-2009 Prayer Request. HI THERE. HOPE ALL IS WELL WITH YOU BOTH. I AM ASKING FOR YOUR PRAYERS THIS MORNING. MY GRANDSON, RANSOM, IS 2 YRS OLD AND WAS DIAGNOISED WITH SWINE FLU YESTERDAY. PLEASE KEEP HIM IN YOUR PRAYERS. WE LOVE YOU BOTH, MIKE AND SHARON THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. HE NEEDS ALL THE PRAYERS HE CAN GET. Mike and Sharon are friends of ours from Texas. please add Eileen Cramer to your prayer list. She was involved in a car accident while on vacation and while being x-rayed in the ER found she had masses on her pancreas and liver. She has returned home for testing. Thanks for your prayers, Praying for a wonderful relationship with Jesus for you and yours, A & K ==================================== 03-12-2010 Prayer Request Please lift up the FBC Greentown in prayer, especially this weekend. Our liaison team is meeting Saturday evening to discuss relocating to this facility, and the church is having a business meeting Sun. noon for the same purpose. Please pray that we will be obedient to what the Lord would have us to do. It was an Assembly of God Church. The congregation disbanded and the "convention" is trying to sell it. We really need your prayers. We currently are on the main drag, but no one in town knows where the Baptist Church is. This is located in an area of town that is quite comparable to the folks who currently attend. It has been for sale for about 6 months. There are a lot of major plusses for it and a few minuses. The membership is really excited with the facility and especially not having to go to the basement for fellowship. The parking looks huge compared to what we have. Thanks for your prayers. We welcome comments that you might care to share.  Sanctuary  The vinyl portion is classrooms and fellowship hall. It is vinyl siding and I can seldom get a decent picture of vinyl siding. Kenn & Aloha I had intended to include this with the request pertaining to the possibility of relocating. Please remember Aloha & I next week. I am scheduled for a heart cath. on Wed. in Kokomo. If they find anything, (one guy asked if I thought they would find a heart), the will schedule another date to fix it. They are using new material in the nuclear stress test and are getting quite a few false positives. I don't think this is a false positive, but we will see. Aloha is a basket case, I have too many other things going to be concerned with it. I have started my walking again now that the weather is better, I think that will help lots. I plan to get a report on Thursday. Thanks for your prayers. Praying for you and yours, A & K ==================================== 03-23-2010 urgent Prayer from June Please pray for my mom her name is June, she is on a ventilator. She has Mrsa,Vre, bacterial phemmonia. She is on Diaylisis and is being fed by a tube in her throat. Her spleen is enlarged and she had septic shock. The drs are saying they will have to put a trach in for ventilator but her platelets are too low. She seems to be waking up but hasnt moved her arms or legs. GOD can heal her. With him all things are possible. We have made an offer on a former Assembly of God church, fellowship hall, education space, kitchen, paved parking area, completely furnished. It is ready to have services: church, Sunday School, and fellowship dinner today. They have made a counter-offer, we really need discernment, and guidance as we proceed. Their counter-proposal has a "firm price". The wording in the fine print about the contents has a huge loop-hole. We are in the process of getting clarification on that. We are also seeking financing, please pray with us that God guides us to His source of financing. We have a couple of possibilities, BUT especially in our area (auto manufacturing) it will require some faith on the part of someone. If we are obedient to follow the Lord, we know He has the solution.
